DEINE AUFGABEN
- Vertragsmanagement & Budgetierung: Betreuung, Verhandlung und Verlängerung von Wartungs-, Miet- und Leasingverträgen sowie Budgetplanung nach IFRS 16.
- Technische Koordination: Beauftragung und Steuerung von Fremdfirmen und Behörden sowie Begleitung von Bau‑, Umbau- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen (insbesondere Elektroanlagen).
- Projekt- & Energiemanagement: Leitung und Unterstützung von Projekten sowie Verantwortung für das Energiemanagement.
- Asset- & Ressourcenverwaltung: Erfassung von Vermögenswerten (Inventur), Material- und Ressourceneinsatzplanung sowie Schnittstellenkoordination zu anderen Bereichen.
- Administrative Aufgaben: PO-, EAM- und Rechnungsadministration einschließlich Nachverfolgung von Mahnungen und Bestellungen.
- Datenanalyse: Auswertung von Maschinen- und Ausfalldaten inkl. Root‑Cause- und 5‑Why‑Analysen.
DEINE QUALIFIKATIONEN UND KOMPETENZEN
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als staatlich geprüfter Techniker (Elektrotechnik) oder Elektromeister.
- Zusätzliche Qualifikationen, z. B. in Projektmanagement, BWL oder Erfahrung in Expertenteams und Projektarbeit
- Kenntnisse in Lean, Six Sigma, QdA, QbD und Process Excellence.
- Ausgeprägtes Sicherheits- und Qualitätsbewusstsein.
- Sehr gute MS‑Office- und IT‑Anwenderkenntnisse.
- Starkes mechanisches, technisches und elektrisches Verständnis.
- Erfahrung in Reparatur, Bedienung und Umgang mit technischen Geräten.
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und sehr gutes Prozessverständnis.
- Hohe Teamfähigkeit und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
