Region MED > Customer Project Execution, MED >  Installation & Commissioning 

The Installation Department East is in charge of installation and commissioning of all wind farm projects from start to completion, in our East cluster, made of Romania, Ukraine and Croatia, and other countries in the area where business is under development. The Team takes responsibility for a wind farm once the contract is signed and remains responsible until the end of the final tests. Located on site in the East Cluster, working closely with the Project Manager, Logistics, Purchasing and Finance departments, the Site Manager must lead the Team of Supervisor, HSE Coordinator and subcontractors to stay on budget and on schedule for the project and ensure our technical safety and quality standards are met.

 

 

Responsibilities

As a Site Manager, your main responsibility will be the organization of construction sites with an emphasis on safety, quality and budget, working for East Cluster and possibly in the whole Med Region

  • Oversee all construction activities to monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
  • Meet contractual conditions of performance by reviewing the work progress on a daily basis
  • Prepare internal and external reports to communicate progress
  • Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging solutions
  • Analyze, coordinate and mitigate risks
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
  • Be involved from site execution preparation until handover of the project

 

Qualifications

  • Hight-school degree +2/3 in construction management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site and team management
  • Experience in the wind sector is a plus
  • Ukrainian spoken/written
  • Good level of English required (official language of the Group)

Additional information

This position requires geographical mobility (accommodation will be provided by the company during the installation of the parks) and training (in Denmark or Spain).
