We are responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. The Construction Department is in charge of all wind farm projects from start to completion. We are responsible for installation, commission and finally handover of wind farms to the client. The team takes responsibility for a wind farm once a contract has been signed - and remains responsible until the final tests are completed.Working closely together with the client and other stakeholders is a key parameter to ensure this happens safely, efficiently and with a high-quality standard.
The Project Coordinator (f/m) coordinates and supervises fulfillment of safety and environment procedures related to projects, from awareness to auditing process in order to guarantee service level agreements and compliance with regulations and company standards.

  • Represent the organisation towards Customers and Subcontractors project management in projects related correspondence, meetings, negotiations
  • Active and independent support of Project Manager (f/m) in ensuring the key objectives for each project including profitability, cash flow and time
  • Develop and monitor projects time plans as well as establish action and recovery plans to ensure compliance with internal targets, local legislations and customer / contract expectations
  • Ensure the establishment of the project execution vision & strategy, based on the contract, in order to achieve the project performance goals
  • Make sure that a contract management plan is defined and delivered on project level, as well as a project quality plan and project documentation, guaranteeing that customer, legal and Vestas obligations are fulfilled
  • Liaising with internal (Engineering, Sales, Service) and external (authorities, customers, suppliers) stakeholders
  • Support the implementation of new processes and procedures in Vestas project management and site installation; Support customs clearance
  • Commercial project execution including procurement (obtaining offers, ordering of materials and services for the windfarm, follow up on purchase orders and deliveries incl), preparation and release of invoicing documents
  • Support customs clearance


  • Degree within science, engineering or a commercial field 
  • Several years' experience in a position with similar responsibilities
  • Fluent English, Ukrainian and Russian in writing and speaking
  • Contractual knowledge is an advantage 
  • Good IT skills, experience in SAP or similar ERP system is an advantage
