Area Warehouse is part of Vestas Service Estonia and the primary responsibility of the warehouse is to store materials and tools to the crews of technicians working in the area.
As a stock keeper you have a central role in focusing on LEAN improvements as well as keeping control of the daily material handling. Moreover we have high focus on delivering effective service and we always prioritize safety and quality.
You will be working 5 days per week and the work time is 8 hours per day.

 

Your main assignments in this role will be:

  • Inventories, regular and yearly
  • Preparation of materials and tools for service technicians
  • Order and send back Tools, materials and office supplies
  • Keeping track of calibration of tools
  • Pick Pack Ship (PPS) of materials, tools and DEF
  • Collecting return shipments from service vehicles (tools, etc.)
  • Move material between workcenters within the system
  • Find material that do not show up within the system - investigate material issues
  • Waste disposal management
  • Maintaining 5S standards in warehouses

 

We prefer the following qualifications:

  • Secondary education
  • Experience working in a warehouse
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Communicative knowledge of English in speech and writing
  • License to operate a forklift is desirable
  • Driving license B

Additional information
This role is located in our warehouses in Kohtla-Järve and Pärnu.
Travel is to be expected in this role between those warehouses.
