Responsibilities
- He/She has to interpret PWI and changes in the PWI in the meeting in his shift
- He/She has to report SQDC board in the beginning of the shift. He has to update NCR status following the root cause analysis and action plan. The same he needs to explain in the team meeting
- Assuring process i.e. taping of the mould, application of release agent, glass lay-up, consumable lay-up, infusion preparation, infusion, curing, debagging, demoulding, weighing of the part, trimming, assembly as per PWI
- Ensuring latest updated and usage of PWI
- FIFO follow up
- Correct entries of data for traceability
- Certified component usage at every stage
- Proper usage of laser lights, where applicable
- PPAP support during trials
- Awareness and focus on CTQs
- Awareness on 7 QC tools and support during 8D analysis
- Able to understand and interpret CP
- Entering IRF data in QDA
- Raising NCR, if any
- Handling NCR in QDA
- Attaching all necessary documents in QDA
- Closing basic repair in QDA
- Making aware of the defect, its criticality, severity
- Root cause analysis
- Leading team to reduce defect
- Making aware of QBD
Qualifications
- ITI -Diploma, 10-to-15-year experience in blade manufacturing
Competencies
- Support on Quality system audits (Internal & Group level & Customer)
- Support on VDA internal audits
- Product NC handling
- Improve product quality performance (CTQ)
- Accountable for own safe working in line with HS&E policy
- Accountable for quality documents in process
- Developing and implementing quality standards
- Developing and implementing quality control systems
- Monitoring and analyzing quality performance
- Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met
- Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements
- Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations
- Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues
- Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements
- Reviewing specifications, and processes
