Responsibilities

• Comply with the required KPI´s on a daily basis within their work team in a specific area where the PWI´s (Process Work Instructions) lead the operative process representing ""what"" and the KPI´s represent ""how""
• Following health and safety standards for Vestas and factory
• Maintaining a clean workstation/ work area and production floor
• Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment
• Monitoring the assembly line and removing faulty products
• Reporting any issues to the supervisor/ Team lead
• Performing other tasks as assigned
• Collaborate with the Process Instructor in assessing each employees level of safety and production skills and track in LMS
• Secure that employees knows where to find Craning plans and Risk Assessments and secure such are being followed
• Go through 5S reports and secure that findings are being closed
• Securing the employees Stamp into Apriso - and off again
• Ensure QDA is correctly filled out
• Ensure Standard work is being followed
• Securing the creation of Apriso alerts
• Set an example in Quality assurance
• Secure that Change notices are being informed and followed
• Performing other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• ITI -Diploma, 10-to-15-year experience in blade manufacturing

Competencies

• Having certified knowledge, authorizations and experience in the tasks and operations
• Ability to train, counsel juniors on the operational front and acting as operational advisory for the juniors
• Ensuring the quality of own and related others delivery are as expected and by following the clearly defined documentation and guidance provided
• Acting as a role model within own limit of operational responsibility by taking accountability for the delivery and quality
• Being proactive to foresee issues and risks; and recommending corrective and preventive actions
• Highly skilled to perform highly focused tasks and taking initiatives to suggest continuous improvements
