Sales > Global Sales & Key Account Management
Sales Enablement & Process is a department in the Global Sales and KAM organization. The department is responsible for Vestas global sales process, sales IT systems, and pre-sales product customizations. In the role of Maternity cover for Specialist, Sales Enablement & Process you will work closely together with the global commercial functions, regional sales business units (SBU's), and stakeholders throughout the Value Chain i.e.; IT, VPS, Finance, Global Supply Chain, Service, and Construction.

 

Responsibilities
As a Specialist, your main responsibility will be to actively work to increase the degree of digitalization and automation of our processes to ensure high efficiency and value for the business. Further, your tasks will include:

  • Salesforce improvements
  • Salesforce Trainings for the users from different regions of the company
  • Sales Processes
  • Ensure effective collaboration between IT and business stakeholders
  • Users support with the system
  • User Flow: collecting requirements for the system improvements from the end-users together with Salesforce Super Users Community and direct the development
  • Ensure effective collaboration between IT and business stakeholders
  • Support sales and streamline processes in collaboration with senior colleagues from different regions / countries of the company

 

Qualifications

  • A master’s degree with a focus on analysis, e.g. Business Administration, IT or Engineering
  • Few years' experience from a cross-functional position in a large international company
  • Experience from working with CRM tools (Salesforce, ERP and Business Intelligence systems, for instance SAP)
  • Experience with Project management
  • Good communication skills, and fluency in English, both verbally and in writing
