Finance > CFO Management Support Office 

As Personal Assistant in Vestas CFO Group, you will support the management team. You will be part of a group of management assistants in the CFO Management Support Office in Copenhagen, and you will be reporting to the Manager for CFO Management Support Office.  

The CFO Group consists of five function areas; Shared Service Centre, Group Treasury & Investor Relations, Vestas Legal, Global Finance and Risk & Compliance. Four of these functions are based at Vestas' office in Copenhagen, together with Vestas Executive Management 



  • PA-tasks such as calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, team offsite planning and general support and sparring partner to GSVP and his Management team 
  • Creation of presentations to GSVP, including strategy work, town halls etc. 
  • Administrator of several ExM meetings such as Regional performance reviews, DEF meetings and Raw Material Council  
  • Communication initiatives for the CFO area and Group Finance – such as writing and posting articles and announcements for the HUB, online Group Finance information sharing sessions on a bi-monthly/monthly basis 
  • HR support to GSVP and P&C Business partner including onboarding new employees 
  • Agenda creation for all Leadership team meetings, including coordination/creation of slides and presenting them 
  • Participation in all Group Finance leadership team meetings, minute taker and follow-up coordination 




  • Ideally BA degree in a relevant field of study, for instance languages, business administration or similar 
  • Ideally  background in legal administration or risk & compliance 
  • Experience from a similar position in an international company 
  • Proficiency in MS Office 
  • Fluent communications skills in English (and Danish), both spoken and written 
  • Experienced SharePoint user

Additional information 
The position will be located at Vestas’ offices in Copenhagen, and you can expect approximately 8-10 travel days per year.
