The sales department is responsible for business development and sales management. Works for the best solutions to be offered to Vestas clients. On one hand provides highly talented specialists able to recommend the best technology for every environment. On the other hand offers long term service agreement based on complex financial models and the skills of excellent service professionals.
The sales manager is responsible for generating the best solutions possible for Vestas clients (both sales of wind turbine generations and service maintenance agreements) working together with sales and contract managers. Has to offer a solid experience related with contracts and complex commercial agreements.

  • Control and coordinate the presentation, negotiation and signing of contracts with clients in order to meet business objectives and SLA
  • Deeply understands the customers requirements, develops solutions aligned with clients requirements, scope and contracts interpretation, risks assessment and pre-calculation of cost-benefit
  • Plans and coordinate activities in order to align internal service levels requests with the sales general manager politics
  • Join external events and meetings including the support to sales process, negotiations with suppliers, relations with key stakeholders, and participation at marketing or technical events in order to promote the activity and the reputation of the company
  • Works closely with the internal and external high managers involved in technical, financial, legal, construction and service solutions


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or economics
  • 5 years of similar experience within energy industry, machinery, heavy construction or related environments, large infrastructure projects or large manufactured products
  • The ability to work internationally with large demanding customers
  • Solid commercial and legal experience based on negotiation with external clients
  • English fluent 
  • Good technical understanding of the renewable market


  • Target driven personality with a high level of customer orientation
  • Ability to identify and involve internal and external business stakeholders. Strong project management and communication/negotiation skills
