Responsibilities
- Ensure – together with your team – that the IJmuiden Hub service HSE team deliverables are met
- Monthly Client Reporting and monthly Vestas Site Reporting
- HazOb, Near Miss and Incident Management, Legal Compliance (incl. RI&E)
- HSE support to client stakeholders, Vestas stakeholders (Techs, Supervisors, Service Managers, Service Director, …) and to authorities
- Safe System of Work support (RA)
- Create and maintain HSE Plan and facilitate and support local and regional HSE initiatives, all by appropriately organizing, planning and preparing the required HSE activities
- People leader for the local HSE Coordinator(s)
Qualifications
- HSE professional or specialist with minimum 5 years of experience
- Good proficiency of the English language (written and spoken) is required
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch HSE legislation (Ideally “Hoger Veiligheidskundige”)
- Good understanding of the Dutch language
- Offshore or Wind Energy experience is welcomed

- Good communication and facilitation skills towards all relevant local stakeholders and regional management
- Preferably first leadership experience already obtained
- Structured work style
- HSE Role Model (behavior/talk) to your team and to the service organization
- Trustworthy and transparent
- Good organizational and time management skills and motivated and inspiring team leader
- Preparedness and ability to keep learning on the job and in training courses
