The Execution Portfolio Planning Planning Team is part of the Northern and Central Europe (NCE) Onshore CPX PMO & Planning Department and works closely with Project Management, Procurement, Construction and Service to ensure smooth planning and execution of onshore wind projects.
The team centrally manages and optimizes planning across the regional project portfolio and plays a key role in securing safe, efficient and cost-effective project delivery. The international team is located in Husum/Germany and Stettin/Poland.
Responsibilities:
As our new Operational Crane Planner (m/f/d), you will support the successful execution of the NCE CPX Onshore project portfolio by centrally managing and planning the external crane resources prior to and during the execution phase.
Together with a highly motivated international team, you will:
- Plan, allocate and coordinate crane resources across all onshore projects in NCE
- Ensure crane availability on site in line with project schedules and quality requirements
- Provide consolidated demand forecasts and align them with crane suppliers and procurement
- Align closely with stakeholders (Project Management, Procurement, Construction, Service) to ensure integrated planning
- Optimize resource allocation across projects considering cost, safety, quality and flexibility
- Track project progress, monitor risks, implement mitigations and provide regular reporting on capacity and planning status
- Support portfolio optimization and strategic planning decisions
- Contribute to supplier performance management and crane sourcing strategy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, vocational education / apprenticeship or equivalent experience in a technical or commercial field
- Work experience preferably in the areas site construction planning, ideally in a company within the wind branch or other complex industrial projects or project environments
- Know-how in planning, reporting and analysis instruments inclusively corresponding software
- Understanding of planning processes and resource coordination
- Very good IT skills and proficient handling of IT systems (MS Office products and ERP-Software; preferably experience in SAP, Primavera)
- Very good English skills, German and/or Polish language is an advantage
- High technical understanding of Wind Turbine Generators
