Vestas Benelux is a local Sales Business Unit (SBU) with its main office in Arnhem. The SBU sells, constructs and services wind turbines in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Aruba & Curacao. The Benelux organization employs approximately 225 employees in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities
As a Service Warehouse Coordinator you will be responsible for yearly inspection of all warehouse ladders and technicians electrical tools. And you will travel to local drop-off locations in Houthalen (Limburg) and Floreffe (Namur).
- Adhere to safety standards and procedures, intervening when identifying unsafe situations
- Prepare materials and tools efficiently for technician mobilization
- Coordinate inbound and outbound supply flow accurately and on time
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile with system data
- Ensure traceability of material stocks, including yearly inventory
- Thoroughly prepare inventory, equipment, and documentation for efficient operations
- Administer warehouse-related activities, including inventory management and reporting
Qualifications
- Experience of working in a Warehouse Environment
- Good communication skills in English
- Full driving license
- IT skills : Microsoft, SAP
- Good knowledge or ERP systems, AX/SAP for instance
Competencies
- Health and safety focused
- Quality and customer focused professional with good office and site management skills
- Good time management / planning skills
- Warehouse experience - for example from the wind or automotive Industry
- Collaborative colleague
- High process understanding
- Basic technical knowhow
