El área de Gestión de Residuos es responsable de la administración y manejo de residuos peligrosos y no peligrosos generados durante el proceso de manufactura. El Operador de Manejo de Residuos desempeña un papel clave en la recepción, clasificación, almacenamiento, control y disposición de materiales de desecho, garantizando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de seguridad, ambientales y operativos establecidos por la compañía. Asimismo, el operador participa en el monitoreo del proceso de curado de resinas, verificando su correcta cristalización y asegurando condiciones seguras para evitar riesgos asociados a reacciones químicas. Para el desempeño de sus funciones, utiliza equipos como montacargas y pallet jack eléctrico para el traslado de materiales dentro de las instalaciones.
Responsabilidades
- Gestionar residuos peligrosos y no peligrosos generados durante la operación.
- Recibir, clasificar y almacenar adecuadamente los residuos en el almacén correspondiente.
- Registrar información de materiales y residuos en bitácoras físicas y controles operativos.
- Preparar y coordinar los embarques de residuos peligrosos.
- Monitorear el proceso de curado y cristalización de resinas, asegurando el cumplimiento de las medidas de seguridad.
- Identificar y reportar cualquier condición insegura relacionada con sustancias químicas o residuos.
- Operar montacargas y pallet jack eléctrico para el movimiento de materiales.
- Cumplir con las normas de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente de la organización.
Calificaciones
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en manejo de residuos peligrosos y no peligrosos.
- Experiencia en manejo de sustancias químicas.
- Experiencia operando montacargas sentado, preferentemente de gas (también válida experiencia con montacargas eléctrico).
- Experiencia en operación de pallet jack eléctrico.
- Conocimiento de prácticas de seguridad industrial y ambiental.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos de fin de semana.
