Are you the next Vice President for Customer Project Execution?


Department
The Vice President, Customer Project Execution NCE Central Onshore Region will partner with key stakeholders to develop and implement regional strategies, functions, and systems to facilitate the achievement of the company's strategic directions and initiatives set for the region.


Responsibilities
The business of NCE CPX Onshore is responsible for the P&L for the CPX Projects and thus to execute the onshore customer projects safely, within budget, on time and to the required quality. NCE CPX Onshore has the overall responsibility for the construction projects towards the customers from handover from sales up to the take-over by the customer across the full value chain. NCE CPX Onshore will ensure that construction related products and activities are aligned between sub-regions while securing alignment with Global Customer Project Execution, Quality, HSE and Finance. NCE CPX Onshore will ensure the projects are completed and planned in line with general governance and in alignment with Portfolio Planning and Resource Management. NCE CPX Onshore is responsible for providing resources to the project team in the areas of Project Management, Project Coordination, Document Control, Project Planning, Technical Engineering and Non-Conformance Handling.

 

Qualifications

The qualified candidate will be an experienced profile with significant business and management experience

  • Experience working in an international environment
  • Experience with managing complex contracts (EPC), etc.
  • Outstanding Project management skills, including the ability to deliver multiple tasks simultaneously and expertly direct complex, cross-functional teams
  • High degree of professionalism and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • High level of commercial business understanding
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and encourage innovation management efforts to promote adoption of new processes
  • English should be mastered fluently. Other languages are an absolute advantage
  • A relevant business or engineering education at Master Level is required with a vast understanding of financials linked to project execution
