The Sales Business Unit (SBU) - Vestas Northern & Central Europe covers sales, construction and service of Vestas wind turbines in NCE countries Onshore and Offshore.
The service departments are responsible for maintenance, repair, and execution of continuous improvement upgrades on our Vestas wind turbine systems within related countries. Teamwork and communication are our key to success in our quest to become the best Region within the Vestas Group.

Service & Construction Academy NCE is anchored within the Regional Operations department NCE. Key deliveries are technical & functional trainings Onshore and Offshore. Our key stakeholders are internal Service & Construction Technicians as well as Subcontractors and Customers. Focus is to deliver requested trainings on time and based on the growth within each NCE region.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Leading a group of Training Administrators focusing on Subcontractors used Onshore & Offshore in the Service and Construction Department
  • Providing excellent customer service as the primary point of contact for training inquiries and communication 
  • Supporting Training Administration in delivering needed resources to provide requested technical trainings in classroom environment or remotely
  • Coordinating on-site and off-site training events, assisting the administration of training including scheduling, procurement, set up, communication and logistics
  • Responding to reporting requests, generating reports, and providing report analysis support

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Required- 3-5 years of work experience in adult education, training, corporate training, higher education and/or equivalent educational experience
  • Experienced Learning Management System (LMS) administrator preferred 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation and public speaking skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with change and conflict management
  • May be required to travel <25%
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficiency in English, German knowledge desirable
