The Vestas NCE Service Supply Chain Repair & Tools Department is responsible for the logistic and warehouse operations of harbor and vessel warehouses throughout NCE. We are supporting the Vestas Offshore Sites, Special Projects and other departments with functions to install, service and maintain the wind turbines in multiple windfarms across the European seas.

Your responsibilities – here's where you can get involved! 

• You lead and supervise the team of service stockkeepers working on different sites and locations
• You are responsible for daily workload planning, allocating tasks, and monitoring performance to ensure safe and efficient execution
• You conduct regular team briefings, toolbox talks, and ensure adherence to safety standards
• You coordinate with offshore departments to ensure timely delivery of materials to offshore sites
• You support maintenance campaigns and unplanned service events to meet expectation
• You closely monitor KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Additionally, you support audits and inspections

Your profile – what makes you a great fit! 

• You have completed vocational training or a degree
• You have already gained experience in leading employees and bring effective teamwork and conflict resolution skills
• You are effective at time management and planning
• You have a strong understanding of supply‑chain processes and end‑to‑end material flows
• You think in systems and can connect operational details with the bigger picture
• You bring solid office and site management skills to ensure smooth daily operations
• You approach challenges with a solution‑oriented mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt
• You are familiar with working with Microsoft and iOS operating systems and apps, and have experience with SAP or other ERP systems
• You have a valid driving license
• Very good English and good German skills round off your profile
