SBU NCE Service > Supply Chain, Repair & Tools NCE > Supply Chain Customer Care

North & Central Europe (NCE) is Vestas' largest region globally, and within the Service Supply Chain organization, the Supply Chain Customer Care department plays a critical role in supporting Service Operations.

Your responsibilities – here's where you can get involved! 

 

  • You shape the connection between Supply Chain and Onshore Central Service, ensuring alignment, clarity, and effective decision‑making across teams
  • You oversee sustainable reductions in Onshore LPF (Lost Production Factor) by resolving Supply Chain root causes and mobilizing cross‑functional initiatives to deliver measurable outcomes
  • You manage the resolution of complex escalations, bringing together the right stakeholders to address systemic material and process issues
  • You represent Supply Chain at a senior level, facilitating monthly performance reviews and contributing strategically to Service Operational Business Reviews
  • You provide clear insights on performance, defining and monitoring key Supply Chain metrics that enable high-quality Service delivery
  • You guide governance and priorities, ensuring Supply Chain perspectives are embedded in cross‑functional forums and enterprise decisions

 

Your profile – what makes you well suited for this role

 

  • You hold a relevant academic degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a comparable field
  • You bring solid, senior‑level experience in Supply Chain development, Service Operations, or business process improvement within complex, matrix‑driven organizations
  • You have overseen cross-functional initiatives, demonstrating capacity to develop scalable solutions and create durable performance gains
  • You handle data and performance metrics skillfully, converting insights into straightforward guidance and decisions for senior leaders
  • You communicate with clarity, credibility, and interpersonal awareness, engaging effectively across functions, cultures, and leadership levels
  • You are fluent in German (very good to near-fluent) and comfortable working in English as the corporate language
  • You thrive in changing work settings, staying focused, organized, and cooperative even as priorities shift
