About the department
The Execution Portfolio Planning Team is part of the Northern and Central Europe (NCE) Onshore CPX PMO & Planning Department and works closely with Project Management, Procurement, Construction and Service to ensure smooth planning and execution of onshore wind projects.
The team centrally manages and optimizes planning across the regional project portfolio and plays a key role in securing safe, efficient and cost-effective project delivery.

Your responsibilities – here's where you can get involved!
- You will own the planning, forecasting, and allocation of external installation resources and Special Transport Equipment for Site Deliveries, ensuring the right capacity is available at the right time across our NCE CPX Onshore project portfolio
- You will balance project demand and resource availability, optimizing utilization, flexibility, cost efficiency, safety, quality, and overall portfolio performance
- You will evaluate and prioritize project needs using strategic, operational, commercial, and financial insights to support informed and impactful decision-making
- You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders across Project Management, Procurement, Construction, Transport, Cost Management, and external partners to support coordinated planning and effective project delivery
- You will spot capacity risks and planning challenges early, apply targeted mitigation actions, and maintain stakeholder alignment with clear communication and reporting
- You will turn data into action, providing insights, forecasts, look-backs, scenario analyses, and performance reporting that support portfolio optimization and strategic decisions
- You will shape the future of planning, continuously improving tools, processes, standards, and supplier collaboration to enhance transparency, efficiency, and planning excellence
- You will join a motivated international team and help deliver renewable energy projects through your ideas, collaboration, and unique point of view
Your profile – what makes you well suited for this role
- You bring a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience
- You have experience in resource, demand, supply, project, or construction planning, ideally within wind energy, renewable energy, or other complex international project environments
- You understand how to translate project needs into effective planning strategies, combining forecasting, resource coordination, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
- You apply your problem-solving abilities to work through complexity, spot opportunities for improvement, and assess operational, commercial, and financial effects
- You build trusted relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and business partners, collaborating confidently across functions, cultures, and organizational levels
- You manage coordination and stakeholder relationships effectively, keeping multiple priorities in balance through a structured, action-oriented, and outcome-focused approach
- You work well in cross-functional and global teams, offering a cooperative mindset and supporting common goals in a matrix organization
- You have a good technical understanding of large-scale construction or industrial projects, with knowledge of wind energy and wind turbine installation considered a strong advantage
- You are proficient in planning and reporting software, including advanced Excel capabilities, and familiarity with SAP, SAP BI, Primavera, or similar platforms would be valuable
- You communicate fluently in English and thrive in diverse environments, with additional German language skills being an advantage
- You are motivated by learning, openness to new ideas, and a commitment to better ways of working
