BPM (Business Performance Management) is a department within Finance that is committed to promoting performance and provide comprehensive and compressed information for policy making and governing.
As a FCC Specialist you will be part of the Regional Finance team in region Northern & Central Europe (NCE), and you will collaborate closely with different Finance Functions and Stakeholders across the Region. NCE covers a significant number of countries with more than 25 of them currently active with different levels of activity. Your main responsibilities will be to stablish a good process and reporting that would allow us to stay in control of the Organizational cost and run the Region in an efficient manner. The Region has grown significantly in the last years and will continue the ramp-up to accommodate for that growth perspective in Renewal Energy across Europe.
In that context, the focus of this position will be on supporting the Construction organization and its different sub-departments on Budget tracking and organizational set up optimizations, while maintaining a close contact with the Finance team member in charge of consolidating the entire Regional FCC picture.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring compliance treatment of the FCC accounting and reporting
  • Improve efficiency in the organization and support the business (Mainly the Construction organization) to increase performance in Gross/Net FCCs
  • Identify and implement Process and reporting improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate recurrent reporting to the Organization and Finance Management
  • FCC Budget coordination and monitoring
  • Business partner to the organization on FCC decisions for short-long term impacts with strategic mindset

 

Qualifications

  • Finance Degree; Knowledge in finance
  • At least 3 years of experience in Business controlling in international environments
  • Experienced in SAP
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Power BI experience 
  • Fluent in English is essential
