In Vestas Service Industrialization Frontend, you will be part of a new Team responsible for evaluating Service requests created in a ServiceNow platform.
The requests are related to Engineering Change Management, and it is our obligation to categorize and mature the requests for further process.
You will work closely with the Service Industrialization organization, and we strongly believe in diversified and multi-cultural workforce which can enhance the overall performance of the team and our service to the customers. 
We strongly believe in user friendly request tools, simplicity, and personal service towards the service business we support, this without compromising requirements from the execution tracks investigating, developing, and implementing changes, thus ensuring a high service and quality level.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Initial screening and mature ECM (Engineering Change Management) requests
  • Assess request ticket content validity/correctness
  • Communication with the requestors as needed for clarification
  • Collect needed data according to requirements from execution tracks to enable smooth screening and execution
  • Prioritize critical requests
  • Participate in a team effort to constantly maintain and optimize our entry point portal
  • Participate in a team effort to constantly maintain and optimize our process serving the business and our direct internal interfaces
  • Participate in a team effort to constantly avoid backlog creation in the entry portal

 

Your qualifications:

  • You are driven by working in a structured way and feel comfortable following specific procedures and/or guideline
  • You are comfortable doing repeated tasks as we operate a Service request entry point
  • You have good communication skills
  • You can operate in a small global team, where much communication and interaction are done online
  • You speak and write English fluently
  • Embrace safety and quality in all aspects of daily work
  • Ability to evaluate numerical data and identify trends in a uniform way
