About the Department:
Our team supports offshore and onshore wind projects across the NCE region. We enable safe, timely, and cost-efficient project delivery by optimizing supplier selection across critical offshore categories such as marine transportation, vessels, crane operations, installation services, and Balance of Plant (BOP).
As part of the team, you will act as a senior procurement professional within offshore construction, supporting high-value procurement activities and guiding the organization on best practices.

Your responsibilities – here's where you can get involved!
- You act as a subject matter specialist in offshore procurement, covering all technician-related activities from a procurement perspective.
- You manage and support complex sourcing and negotiations for offshore construction scopes (e.g. pre-installation, supervision, construction).
- You provide guidance and coaching to procurement colleagues on offshore procurement strategies, contract structures, and supplier engagement.
- You develop and implement category strategies for offshore spend areas, ensuring alignment with project and business needs.
- You partner with project teams, sales, and supply chain to ensure availability of subcontractor capacity at optimal cost, quality, and safety standards.
- You ensure supplier performance management, including HSE compliance, quality, and delivery for offshore operations.
- You identify and implement initiatives to reduce total cost of ownership (TCO) and improve operational efficiency.
- You act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, representing procurement in complex offshore project discussions.
- You support continuous improvement, standardization, and knowledge sharing across offshore procurement activities.
Your profile – how you contribute
- You have a minimum of 5+ years of procurement experience, with experience in offshore wind, marine logistics, or indirect procurement.
- You have practical experience in strategic sourcing and contract negotiations for offshore or high-value logistics categories.
- You hold an educational background in procurement, supply chain, engineering, logistics, or a similar field.
- You have experience handling large-scale, high-value spend portfolios.
- You can communicate with and guide stakeholders effectively without formal authority.
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile.
