Vestas Customer project Execution Quality (CPEX) is an integral part of the Vestas Quality organisation, through business partnering to the regional CPEX team. With a high focus on prevention and elimination of quality issues through problem solving a drive towards standardization, contributing to business transformation, delivered by both technical knowledge and solid stakeholder engagement.

 

Your responsibilites

 

Quality:

  • To be recognised as an authority in Quality, able to provide expert facilitation, leadership and guidance to allow quality to thrive in a diverse environment.
  • To Identify and steer projects in line with the strategic priorities within the Quality organisation.
  • To provide expert quality facilitation to support investigations and ensure correct actions
  • To provide support to Non-conformity management team to facilitate improvement activities with stakeholders across the Value Chain, advancing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective/Permanent Corrective Actions (CA/PA)
  • To provide feedback to Vestas Quality as required for developing effective operating model, processes and procedures.
  • To promote the expected Quality behaviors, Quality awareness, quality walks
  • To ensure lessons learnt are translated into system or process corrective actions

 

Safety: 

  • To promote the Zero incident safety culture and adopt, promote and preserve lifesaving rules.

 

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5 years+ of experience in Business, Data or Engineering field with solid technical background
  • Six Sigma Blackbelt (desirable)
  • Fluent communication in English (written / verbal)
  • APQP4Wind (Desirable)
  • Certified Lead Auditor, ISO 9001 (desirable)
  • SAP Knowledge (desirable)

 

Your Competencies

  • Stakeholder Management and effective communication.
  • Customer Quality engagement & partnership management
  • Experience in coordinating and influencing cross-functional leaders in a large, multinational organizations
  • Leadership and commitment towards the regional construction teams
