We're seeking a talented Process Improvement Specialist to join our Commercial Operations department at Vestas Northern and Central Europe.

At Vestas, Commercial Operations plays an important role in shaping our sales forecast, ensuring regional alignment on sales governance, and maintaining seamless execution throughout our sales process. Additionally, we provide coaching to maintain good system data quality. As a key stakeholder, we oversee critical aspects of our business, including forecasting, sales volume management, and customer relationship management system development. Our commitment to excellence enables us to enhance our processes and maintain the highest standards continuously.

 

Responsibilities

Sales Process Enhancement: Your main responsibility will involve:

  • Improving our sales process and related activities, including tools.
  • You will plan, create, and conduct training, which you can achieve by collaborating with global sales and cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement best practices. You will leverage your expertise to contribute to increased efficiency and better outcomes.
  • Support in other areas of Commercial Operations: We take pride in our data quality standards, actively monitoring and improving our CRM data's accuracy and completeness.
  • You will join the weekly sales pipeline meetings to gain valuable insights on project progress to influence forecasts. Additionally, you will participate in monthly locks, prepare and run weekly gate review meetings, and engage in management gate authority discussions.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process improvement methodologies, particularly within a sales or operations context.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Good communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • .Commitment and resilience for effecting positive transformation and making a difference in a complex environment.

  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a forward-thinking and insightful approach to your daily work
  • Good networking and communication skills. You demonstrate flexibility, a service-oriented mindset, and understanding when working with customers and stakeholders
  • Structured and detail-oriented in your assignments.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced multi-cultural work environment.
  • Good IT skills, including Excel (including VBA and Analysis), SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud), SAP R/3, Salesforce, and MS SharePoint with Power Automate.
