About the department

 

Business Improvements and Processes is a department within the Project Management Office (PMO) in Onshore Customer Project Execution (CPX) under the Northern and Central Europe (NCE) business unit at Vestas. The PMO aims to help the region execute onshore customer projects effectively. Business Improvements & Processes will ensure the regional Customer Project Execution business has the necessary framework, processes and systems to execute the projects. The area of Business Improvements & Processes will also support the business in running improvement initiatives and ensure alignment of these initiatives with Global Customer Project Execution.

Your responsibilities – here's where you can get involved! 

 

  • You shape and enhance the workflows that support our project teams in delivering high-quality customer projects
  • You advance process excellence by spotting opportunities, questioning existing approaches, and transforming ideas into scalable improvements
  • You collaborate with diverse stakeholders to align on a future-ready process roadmap
  • You manage incoming change requests by turning business needs into clear analyses, practical recommendations, and transparent communication
  • You develop, frame, and capture processes at all operational levels using effective methodologies and standards
  • You ensure the CPX Stage Gate Model stays up to date and valuable, enabling our teams to work in sync and perform well

 

Your profile – what makes you well suited for this role

 

  • You completed vocational training in a commercial or technical role ot hold a degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or Engineering, combined with first practical experience in process management within a global organization
  • You understand how operational activities and processes interconnect, and apply solid analytical and problem-solving skills to improve them
  • You use a structured, detail-focused approach to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
  • You bring experience with process management tools
  • You collaborate effectively across the value chain, engaging the right stakeholders and working seamlessly across functions and organizational levels
  • You communicate clearly, manage stakeholders well, and work effectively with others, while maintaining a continuous improvement mindset and a practical focus on solutions
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile
