The Operations Management Office (OMO) sits within Service Operations in the Service business unit, Northern and Central Europe (NCE) at Vestas. We are a governance and advisory function for the entire region and act as an interface between global headquarters and regional operations. We are the centre of excellence for system and process developments within the region. Furthermore, we provide daily business support to enable our operational colleagues reach their (and all our) targets to deliver the Service KPIs and overall Service strategy.

 

Responsibilities

  • Mature and drive operational growth strategy for our region Service NCE 
  • Forecast, monitor and report on white collar development; support the strategy process and budget planning for white collars 
  • Development of scalability approach for capacity planning 
  • Preparation of material and presentations for management 
  • Be an interface to both Global and sub-regions for capacity planning; aligning requirements from different stakeholders and sub-regions
  • Coordination with other business partners using and developing appropriate systems, tools and dashboards for the process

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience 
  • Master or equivalent in Business/Economics field
  • Experience within business development, operational strategy or project management is beneficial
  • Fluent in English on professional level

  • High ability to structure tasks and plan activities
  • Thrive in an expeditious and high-powered working environment 
  • Curious and self-motivated with focus on driving impact 
  • Efficient communicator with a take-charge and problem-solving approach

Additional Information

The primary work location is Hamburg or Berlin in Germany. In this role you will report directly to the Senior Manager Operations Management Office.
