With a portfolio of approx. 9GW under service, Vestas is one of the wind industry's largest Multibrand service providers. We currently service all major turbine brands, and we do this with the same adherence to high-quality standards.

Vestas' Multibrand capabilities range across more than 30 non-Vestas turbine models, and new models are being regularly added to the list, as we build knowledge and capacity to service them in accordance with our quality standards. In just a few years, we have grown our Multibrand service business to span across five continents, 23 countries.

As an integral part of the Multibrand Product Management Department, you will be responsible for guiding the development of the Multibrand Repair Services business area. You will form part of a collaborative team that works in a rapidly changing environment that is focused on delivering high-quality repair services to the Service market globally.
In this team, you will have the opportunity to grow your skillsets and increase your personal exposure internally as well as externally with customers as well as suppliers.



  • Support the definition and development of the transactional sales strategy globally for 2022-2025
  • Support regional sales teams in technical sales support in our transactional product offerings
  • Be the global service owner for the Multibrand transactional sales space
  • Responsible for the revenue and P&L on transactional sales globally
  • Responsible for improving the marketability on our transactional sales offerings, through upgraded solutions, price competitiveness and innovative selling points
  • Internal stakeholder and regional counterpart alignment to promote transactional market readiness
  • Close to the transactional solutions market to ensure Vestas is using the innovative up-to-date solutions



  • Engineering background in a relevant field such as Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or Production Engineering
  • Solid field experience and wind industry knowledge
  • Project Management experience delivering complex technical or operational projects
  • Relevant experience with other Turbines OEMs or Service Providers within the Service industry
  • Prior experience in commercial and technical negotiations either in a Procurement or Sales setting
  • Professional English skills, German would be considered advantageous
  • Advanced skills with MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel



  • Ability to translate complicated technical tasks into understandable sales friendly content
  • Good analytical/conceptual thinker and a problem-solver
  • Structured and consistent but comfortable operating in an international and consistently changing environment
  • Good business understanding with a desire to constantly improve your commercial skillset
  • Convincing communicator and good interpersonal skills, enabling engagement across functions
  • Strong interest in know-how understanding within the wind service market

Additional Information
The primary location will be Hamburg (Germany), but other European Vestas locations could be considered for the right profile). We expect availability for global travel up to 10% of the year.
