Being a vital part of the Region Northern and Central Europe, Strategy and MarCom are responsible for supporting the growth and commercial strategy for the business area. We deliver solutions for internal and external communication as well as marketing.



As Market Analyst (f/m/d), you will be part of enabling better tactical and strategical choices by providing high-quality analyses and intelligence reports for NCE markets. Your tasks will include:

  • Identifying and collecting milestone, in-depth information on the industry, customer, competitor, financial and operational data 
  • Performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis of NCE current and future markets, as well as product performance
  • Translating data into executable and effective market and intelligence reports
  • Using key market knowledge to develop hypotheses for creative solutions to business tasks and identifying new opportunities 
  • Work with NCE Regional Sales and Global Support functions 
  • Support internal reporting on market updates
  • Participate and engage in operational tasks if needed



  • Relevant University Degree in business, marketing or engineering discipline, or equivalent
  • Experience with data analytics 
  • Significant quantitative and qualitative analytic skills, including knowledge of statistical, interviewing, financial, and secondary literature
  • Ability to translate business problems into a research approach, and to translate findings back into business answers
  • Good project management skills
  • Qualified written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English. Proficiency in German is a plus



  • Great written and verbal presentation and communication skills
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously in an ever-growing and high-pressure environment, while still being able to focus on the details
  • Experience from working in cross-functional, multi-cultural teams and a natural ability to build positive and efficient relationships
  • Able to navigate a complex stakeholder environment, and comfortable engaging with both internal and external stakeholders

The position is located in Hamburg, DE and covers 38 hours/week.
