Finance > Region NCE > BPM Service North, NCE
Within Finance North Central Europe (NCE), Service Business Performance Management (BPM) is a team that acts as a finance partner to the Service NCE Organization. Responsible for a backlog of more than €20 billion and an EBIT of €500 million, this team is at the core of Vestas financial stability worldwide. Responsibilities
As a Manager in Service Finance, your primary area of responsibility will be business analysis and reporting, supporting the overall NCE Service team. This position will be directly reporting into the Senior Director, BPM Service NCE, but engage daily with the Business, Finance and other areas of the company.
- Build and drive the performance reporting and governance processes with the business partners of the Service organization across the region
- Ensure month-end and control activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure audit requirements are met and followed up
- Provide financial transparency to top management on actuals, forecasts, and strategy
- Take the lead in building short-, mid- and long-term forecasts in the NCE Region. Engage with business and finance partners to get the best outcome of the processes
- Act as a business partner to the supply chain organization, ensuring proper control and financial information to drive the business
- Collaborate and drive the business together with Finance and Operations teams across the region
- Build and manage a diverse team of capable business partners and controllers
Qualifications
- A Master's degree or diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting, combined with at least 5 years of experience in finance business partnering, financial management, or a similar role
- Experience working in/for a large international company. Experience from working with/in a service operations procurement organization would be an asset
- Experience with systems including MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI) required, and SAP, SAP BI, SAP BPC experience is beneficial
- It is required that you are fluent in spoken and written English
