Finance > BPM Sales & Construction NCE > BPM Project Controlling Central
The BPM Sales and Construction Department is in charge of ensuring the right Financial Sales and Construction forecast when it comes to Volumes, profitability and Cash Flow, and also to drive transparency and improvements of Performance.

 

Responsibilities
The position is responsible for providing advanced and comprehensive financial analysis and reporting for the assigned projects to the Construction organization and Finance Management.
Team Management

  • Develop the Team Members and drive the Team with an inclusive and intent driven leadership style as well as business partnering 
  • Actively engage with Construction Mgm. Team as their main business partner to ensure a good project specific knowledge and execution risk assessment for operations with focus on the financials

Project Controlling and Financial planning

  • Support regular Project Management/Steering meetings and their financial impact to the forecast
  • Provide regular transparency on the potential cost scenarios to the available options for execution
  • Analyse Pre-Post calculations to conclude on root causes and lessons learned to the original Budget
  • Provide Budget support during the annual exercise and monthly follow up on deviations and KPIs

Financial Reporting

  • Key interface with financial controlling to ensure accurate and timely financial data and reporting (P&L, Balance & Cash Flow) for Projects to comply with Month-end activities, Eurosox compliance and audit requirements

 

Qualifications

  • Finance Degree; Knowledge of Corporate Finance, audit and accounting    
  • Experience in Controller positions or similar in international companies    
  • Experience with SAP    
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills    
  • Fluent in English is essential    
  • Leadership experience is an advantage
