NCE>Construction & Operations>Management Coordination
In Construction, Northern & Central Europe (NCE) we Pre-Install, Install and Commission turbines. The Management Coordinator we are looking for will be supporting the Construction support department.
Responsibilities
Support to management:
- Being a trusted confidant and liaison
- Preparing and handling presentations
- Meeting structure - supervising annual wheel, organising calendar
- Administration - travel expenses etc.
- Staff related tasks - e.g. onboarding
- Ad hoc
Communication & Initiatives:
- Steer and support departmental and overall NCE Construction optimizations and improvement initiatives
- Ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the department
Qualifications
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Experience from a similar position within administration or management support in an international company (e.g. Team Assistant, Office Management Assistant, Office Manager, Secretary, Foreign Language Correspondent)
- High proficiency in MS Office (Preferably)
- High proficiency in MS SharePoint (Preferably)
