VTO interfaces technically with Vestas' regional business units through its Frontend Engineering & Technology (FE&T) organization, which consists of Regional Engineering & Technology (RE&T) functions led by Regional CTOs and Global Functional Leads.
The organization represents Vestas Technology in the regions, collaborating with regional Vestas teams, Sales & Customer Project Execution teams, Service and Development colleagues, and external technical stakeholders like customers, engineers, transmission system operators, regulators, and other authorities. FE&T ensures functional excellence, operates as global centres of excellence and ensures a standardized way of working globally.
Responsibilities
- Prioritizing meetings, managing stakeholders, handling inbox and calendar (declining unnecessary meetings and managing stakeholder expectations). Supporting administrative tasks related to Germany, including travel arrangements, events, and other relevant activities
- Plan, facilitate, and follow up from meetings, including meeting agenda creation, moderation, and tracking of actions and deliverables
- Project management: Assist with or independently manage specific projects or tasks. Administrative support, including handling travel arrangements, events, and Germany-related topics
- Prepare material for report-outs on business topics (e.g., SOA, etc.) and create presentations, reports, communications, and speeches for CTO Region NCE
- Organize and update team sites in SharePoint or MS Teams (e.g., action logs from management meetings, internal news, announcements, and knowledge sharing)
- Effectively organize the annual wheel of activities and operational scheduling needs for VPS Region NCE Leadership, including customer visits and offsite events
Qualifications
- 3+ years of previous experience in a similar position within Administration/Communication area in an international company
- Fluent in written and verbal English and German, additional language skills like Danish
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint), SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
- Project Management experience would be desired
- Experience from a Product Development function would be valuable
- Solid experience in travel coordination, including SAP Concur skills

- Solid administrative background with a willingness to take on projects from tactical and strategic levels
- Structured approach and good organizational skills
- Ability to work with existing processes while also implementing new ones
- Service-minded and team-oriented attitude, with willingness to broaden the knowledge across functional areas
- Fluent in German
