Lead Specialist, Risk Management

At the forefront of finance, our department is key in supporting the regional CFO, while acting as a bridge towards the Sales and Construction organizations, securing the Business dynamics translation into our Financials, including risk visibility and assurance of mitigations.
 

Finance > Region NCE > BPM Sales & Construction NCE
The position is responsible for providing advanced and comprehensive financial analysis and reporting on Regional risks. You would actively engage with the commercial departments and other main stakeholders to ensure a good financial understanding and representations of the potential risks for the region, as well as operationally following up on them and securing an accurate translation into our Financials.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Financial Risk Management system for NCE (Vestas Northern and Central Europe)
• Secure transparent Risk Reporting to enable decision making
• Risk mitigation tracker, anchoring operational accountability in the Region and securing a cross functional risk mitigation actions
• Coordinate the project Review outcomes
• Analyse and assess the main contractual and execution risks in our portfolio
• Support the preparation of Case specific business case financials
• Provide support with ad hoc analysis and reporting

Qualifications

• Finance Degree; Knowledge of Corporate Finance, audit and/or accounting
• Experience in Controller positions and Corporate Risk Management or similar in international companies
• Experience with SAP/BI/SAC
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Fluent in English is essential
