Deine Aufgaben:

• Du betreust komplexe Anfragen unserer Kunden (klassisches Vertrags- und Beschwerdemanagement, sowie Verhandlungen für Zusatzleistungen)
• Du vertrittst gleichermaßen die Interessen von Vestas und die des Kunden
• Regelmäßige Kundentermine vor Ort sowie aktive Teilnahme an Messen, Kongressen und Kundenveranstaltungen gehören ebenfalls zu deiner Verantwortung  

Dein Profil:

• Du hast bereits Berufserfahrung vorzugsweise aus Handel oder Vertrieb
• Du verfügst über einen Studienabschluss im Bereich der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder der Erneuerbaren Energien
• Alternativ verfügst du über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im technischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich
• Du bist in der Lage, auf Deutsch (Level C1) und Englisch (Level B2) in Wort und Schrift zu kommunizieren
• Du bringst eine Reisebereitschaft von bis zu 20 % mit

• Deine ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Empathie machen dich zum Partner auf Augenhöhe deiner Kunden 
• Du besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und bist gut in der Lösungsfindung für komplexe Sachverhalte
• Du handhabst mehrere Themen zeitgleich, ohne den Überblick zu verlieren
• Man kennt dich als ausgesprochenes Organisationstalent mit exzellentem Zeitmanagement 
• Du kannst mit komplexen Themen im Dialog mit dem Kunden umgehen
