Within Finance NCE, Service BPM (Business Performance Management) is the team that acts as finance partner of the Service NCE Organization. Responsible for more than €20 billion backlog and €500 million EBIT - it's the core of financial stability at Vestas Worldwide. Our foundations are: Quality Everywhere, Safety, Sustainability, Employee Satisfaction, Capital Efficiency, Talent Development, and Digitalization. Our mid-term priorities: Ensure robustness end-to-end in the finance process, drive business performance, put the customer at the center, and maximize operational excellence. Responsibilities
- Finance Partner for Regional and Service Management, ensuring financial reporting, business decision support, compliance, and risk assessment for sales deals, lead planning activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
- Act as a bridge between Group and Region regarding financial drivers, including (i) financial reporting, (ii) compliance/audit updates, (iii) planning activities, and (iv) financial governance
- Finance Project Management for the different business and group initiatives: acquisitions, systems and company integrations, end to end projects etc.
- Drive and conduct high-quality ad hoc and cross-functional analyses to provide recommendations to Service Management, including risk mitigation scenarios
Qualifications
- A Master's degree or diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting, combined with at least 4 years of experience
- Experience in process management
- Extensive knowledge of finance, audit, budgeting, and accounting
- Thorough understanding of compliance
- Proficiency in information systems, including SAP/BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fluency in spoken and written English is required
