Being a vital part of the Region of Northern and Central Europe (NCE), we are responsible for supporting the growth and commercial strategy of the region. We deliver solutions for internal and external communication, as well as marketing and event management.

Responsibilities

As a Events and Planning Coordinator (m/f/d), with a primary focus on event planning, you will play an important role in our Strategy & MarCom team. You will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and events that align with our brand and business goals. Your creative ideas, solid organizational skills, and marketing expertise will contribute to our events and initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate a variety of events, including but not limited to trade shows, conferences, product launches, and webinars
• Organize events and initiatives through the different stages: conceptualization, planning, preparation, coordination, execution, participation, wrap-up, and follow-up
• Give creative and innovative input to event concepts, event themes, and event message content
• Integration of different disciplines (Intel, Communication, Public Affairs, and Branding) into all projects laid out in the events plan
• Interface with external suppliers at local levels and in relation to specific events and other marketing activities
• Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
• Track and examine event performance metrics to measure the success of each event

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, with a specific focus on event planning and coordination
• Solid project management skills and stakeholder management
• Qualified written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English. Proficiency in German would be ideal

The primary work location for this role is Hamburg, Germany.
