Vestas Northern & Central Europe is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, UK, Ireland, Poland, the Baltics, Germany, Benelux as well as Eastern Europe and South of Africa. We are responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. Responsibilities
As a Documentation Controller (f/m/d) you will be monitoring all projects and ensuring a documentation package is delivered according to the contract. Also, you will be involved in the handover of a project from Construction to Service Department.

 

Furthermore, your tasks will include:

  • Check customer requirements regarding documentation to be delivered (scope of documentation, delivery time and format) as well as local requirements regarding documentation and support Administrator Documentation and project team by giving information and directions
  • Participate in customer meetings
  • Update existing documents and create new ones according to needs of Vestas and our customers
  • Prepare projects for Movilizer solution (scanning of components to be installed) and support as-built documentation of installed components in ERP system (SAP)
  • Support creation, management and administration of documentation according to relevant regulations and contractual agreements for all installed wind turbines
  • Active and independent support of the project team executing financially settling projects


Qualifications and Competencies

  • Commercial or alternatively technical education
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar environment or area of responsibility
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Good communication skills as you will communicate with stakeholders within both construction, sales, service and management as well as suppliers and partners
  • Basic technical understanding and affinity to commercial and administrative topics
  • Excellent Time Management skills and good at planning, organisation and coordination
  • Good sense of responsibility and sound judgement, same as the ability to handle stress
  • Customer and Detail oriented and accurate
  • You are a team player with a positive spirit and a high level of Safety Awareness and at same time you have the ability to work independently and maintain momentum
