About the department
Vestas is a Danish company and one of the world's leading manufacturers of wind turbines. Vestas Deutschland GmbH is responsible for the sales, installation, and servicing of wind turbines across the Northern and Central Europe region. We are looking for a Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our team in Hamburg Scope Compliance Coordination, responsible for ensuring contractual scope compliance throughout project execution and customer handover activities.

Your responsibilities – here's where you can get involved!
- You coordinate and manage the resolution of outstanding items identified during customer inspections (punch lists and corrective works) for wind turbines, ensuring their timely completion
- You plan and organize the deployment of service teams, subcontractors, and other partners to carry out corrective and follow-up work
- You act as the main point of contact for customers, authorities, inspectors, and suppliers, facilitating project-related communication, alignment, and meetings
- You review inspection reports, contractual requirements, and work reports, and initiate the necessary actions to address identified issues
- You ensure the availability of required spare parts and track the completion of all agreed corrective actions
- You monitor project progress, budgets, invoices, and key milestones, escalating issues to the relevant stakeholders when necessary
- You document the status of ongoing activities and provide regular updates to project management, site management, and other internal stakeholders
- You collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners, leveraging your experience to support the continuous improvement of processes, quality standards, and future contractual requirements
Your profile – what makes you well suited for this role
- You hold a degree in engineering, a technical qualification, or a business-related degree combined with relevant experience in a technical environment
- You have several years of experience in a coordination role, ideally within the construction, energy, or broader technical industry; experience in the wind energy sector is considered an advantage
- You communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and are fluent in German, with good written and spoken English skills
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP, Primavera, or contract management is beneficial
- You demonstrate effective organization and coordination, and you handle responsibilities in a systematic, diligent, and practical way
- You are able to maintain an overview and deliver results, even when managing complex projects, tight deadlines, and multiple stakeholder interests
- You have a service-oriented mindset, build positive working relationships, and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners
- You are interested in technical topics and are motivated to develop a deep understanding of technical details and new subject areas
