The sales department is the harbor for all sales activities around wind turbines in Northern and Central Europe. Responsibilities

As our new Commercial Engineer, you will be responsible to promote onshore sales and business development across Germany, together with a team of highly motivated colleagues. You will do so through: 

  • Support the internal sales process: Assist with documentation, coordination, and follow-up from initial inquiry to final delivery

  • Tracking project costs: Assist and prepare financial overviews to support decision-making and ensure project profitability

  • Develop cost estimates: Help develop cost estimates and pricing proposals by gathering data and aligning with customer requirements and internal guidelines

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Engage with teams across the organization to prepare high-quality bid materials and ensure timely submission of proposals

  • CRM systems: Maintain and update customer interactions, project milestones, and support event planning and participation in our systems

Qualifications 

We believe you can recognize yourself in the following prerequisites: 

  • Degree in engineering, business, economics or similar

  • Work experience in matrix organizations and complex project environment

  • Organizational and stakeholder skills with ability to project manage sales teamwork in a matrix organization

  • Advanced IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint, and experience with SAP project builder, Primavera, JIRA, Salesforce and/or AGILE

  • Fluency in written and verbal German and English

Additional information 

Location: Hamburg or Husum, Germany. 

Travel days: Up to 10 days annually.
