The Sales Business Unit (SBU) - Vestas Northern & Central Europe covers sales, construction and service of Vestas wind turbines in NCE countries Onshore and Offshore
The service departments are responsible for maintenance, repair, and implementation of continuous improvement upgrades on our Vestas wind turbine systems within related countries. Teamwork and communication are our key to our quest to become the best Region within the Vestas Group. Upgrade Management NCE is a newly established department. Key focus area is handling and maintaining of CIM (continuous Improvement Management) cases within Onshore / Offshore and Service / Construction. Working close together with our internal & external clients and other stakeholders is a key parameter to ensure this happens safely, cost-efficiently, and with a high-quality standard.
Upgrade Management NCE is responsible for pre-assessment of CIM cases. This contains e.g. Business impact for each service region, financial impact to Service Region or validation with internal stakeholders such as VPS. Second part of responsibility is CIM case progress monitoring. Both areas covering Onshore / Offshore and Service / Construction.
Responsibilities
As a CIM Specialist you are responsible for the strategic, efficient, and timely support of assigned tasks to Upgrade Management NCE Project Management team in collaboration with the Head of Department Upgrade Management NCE according to the requirements coming from our customers internally and externally. As a CIM Specialist Upgrade Management NCE, you ensure efficient maintaining of turbine related data in SAP and connected reportings. You meet the declared will of Vestas Services for a continuous improvement process and sustainable, quantitative growth through an intense focus on company goals (Safety & Vestas Values as well as Cost, EBIT, LPF, LoP). You make data driven decisions and support decision making for (Senior) Manager Upgrade Management NCE based on regularly collected performance and process indicators and support as well the other Sub-Teams from Upgrade Management. Indicators are especially status on CIM cases as well as CIM overdue reports and Status on Cost connected to CIM cases. Your engagement ensures the business goals in accordance with the Group strategy and the contractual fulfilment of our obligations towards the customers.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business/Engineering or related discipline
- Several years of experience in Project or Data Management or in similar roles, preferably in the wind business. The existing Network within NCE is a +. High verbal and written communication skills in English

Additional Information
The position can be filled in Hamburg oder Berlin in Germany or Aarhus in Denmark. The position holder will report to Senior Manager Upgrade Management NCE.
