The Dispatcher is responsible for supporting service and site management by defining the working packages for the technicians for scheduled services and troubleshooting and monitoring as part of the back-end processing. This role is also responsible for monitoring the appropriate allocation of resources, including technicians, spare parts, and tools in order to maximize wind farm performance through tools/methods such as 52-week country/regional level capacity planning.

 

Responsibilities

  • Balance all assigned product orders to ensure minimum downtime and maximum productivity
  • Service crew composition is up to date and adjusted to demand
  • Tools, parts & services are planned and monitored on time before crew mobilization
  • Crew schedules are monitored on a day-to-day basis
  • Service schedule is aligned with the obligations in service contracts
  • On time communication to crews an partners is guaranteed
  • KPIs and PPIs related to Planning & Scheduling are balanced and under control

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years. experience maintenance planning in large asset-based environment.
  • Experience in preparing detailed reports.
  • Experience liaising with Blue Collar workers.
  • Experience in high stress situations in major service planning in maintenance environment
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, Korean
  • Preferred qualification (Not Mandatory)
  • 4+ years of professional experience
  • Wind Turbine / Mechanical Engineering / Electricity related background
