Dział Lay-up składa się z wysoko wykwalifikowanych inżynierów pracujących w pięciu wyspecjalizowanych obszarach:

• Procesy (Process),
• Narzędzia (Tooling),
• Dokumentacja (Documentation),
• Wsparcie Operacyjne (Operational Support),
• Szkolenia (Training).

Obecnie rekrutujemy inżynierów do zespołów Operational Support, Training oraz Documentation, gdzie będziesz odpowiedzialny/-a za

• Ciągłe doskonalenie i standaryzację procesów produkcyjnych
• Tworzenie oraz optymalizację dokumentacji produkcyjnej i instrukcji pracy
• Opracowywanie i wdrażanie materiałów szkoleniowych oraz programów rozwojowych dla pracowników produkcji
• Wsparcie operacyjne zakładów produkcyjnych oraz udział w rozwiązywaniu problemów produkcyjnych
• Analizę i eliminowanie odchyleń procesowych z wykorzystaniem metodologii Lean, Six Sigma, 5 Why oraz innych ustrukturyzowanych narzędzi
• Wdrażanie narzędzi cyfrowych i nowoczesnych technologii wspierających doskonałość operacyjną
• Współpracę międzyfunkcyjną z fabrykami, zespołami inżynieryjnymi oraz interesariuszami na poziomie globalnym

Poszukujemy kandydatów, którzy

• Posiadają wykształcenie wyższe (licencjackie lub inżynierskie) w obszarze inżynierii, inżynierii produkcji, inżynierii mechanicznej lub pokrewnym
• Mają doświadczenie w produkcji, wsparciu operacyjnym, szkoleniach lub dokumentacji
• Posługują się językiem angielskim na dobrym poziomie (znajomość języka polskiego będzie dodatkowym atutem)
• Lubią współpracę w międzynarodowym i międzykulturowym środowisku
• Są zmotywowani do nauki, wdrażania usprawnień oraz spędzania czasu na hali produkcyjnej w celu lepszego zrozumienia procesów wytwórczych

We are proud to launch the new Vestas Blades Process Engineering Factory in Goleniów, where we are building a world-class engineering hub focused on the future of wind turbine blade production. Our ambition is to develop robust manufacturing processes, drive standardization, and provide high-quality support to all Vestas blade manufacturing sites worldwide.

The Lay-up Department consists of highly skilled engineers working across five specialized areas: Process, Tooling, Documentation, Operational Support, and Training.

We are currently recruiting engineers for our operational Support, Training, and Documentation teams, where you will contribute to:

• Continuous improvement and standardization of manufacturing processes
• Development and optimization of production documentation and work instructions
• Creation and implementation of training materials and learning programs for shop floor employees
• Operational support for manufacturing sites and problem-solving activities
• Analysis and resolution of process deviations using Lean, Six Sigma, 5 Why and other structured methodologies
• Implementation of digital tools and modern technologies that support manufacturing excellence
• Cross-functional collaboration with factories, engineering teams, and global stakeholders

We are looking for candidates who

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Have some experience within manufacturing, operational support, training or documentation
• Are fluent in English (Polish language skills will be an advantage)
• Enjoy collaborating across teams and cultures
• Are motivated to learn, drive improvements, and spend time on the shop floor understanding manufacturing processes
