We are looking for an organised and proactive On-Site Training Coordinator to join our team in Goleniów. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting production by coordinating and delivering effective training initiatives aligned with business needs. Working closely with stakeholders, you will help identify skill gaps, maintain training standards, and drive continuous improvement. The Production Training Coordinator is responsible for organising, implementing, and overseeing all production-related training programs. Working closely with the Training Partner and other department managers, the coordinator ensures that all training activities are aligned with the organisation’s goals and production needs. This role involves identifying training gaps, developing training materials, scheduling sessions, and maintaining training records.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support production-related training programs
  • Identify skill gaps and training needs through team engagement and feedback
  • Deliver and facilitate training sessions with subject matter experts
  • Align training activities with management and production objectives
  • Maintain accurate training records and track completion
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Support continuous improvement by applying best practices and new approaches

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally in a training or coordination role
  • Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Ability to identify training needs and develop relevant learning materials
  • Familiarity with production processes and safety standards

Primary work location: Goleniow, Poland

You will be required to work in an office and production floor environments. 
Occasional travel between production sites may be required.
