We are hiring a People & Culture Business Partner (m/f/d) to oversee the HR priorities for our Goleniow Blades factory, which employs about 1,000 people. In this position, you will guide the Manufacturing organisation on all employee-related matters, focusing on uncovering, executing, and encouraging initiatives that improve performance and support business needs.
Working closely with our global People & Culture functions, including the P&C Shared Service Centre you will be the on site P&C representative for the Goleniow Blades factory. As Lead P&C Business Partner (m/f/d), you will bring business insight, change leadership, consulting capability, and learning into a collaborative partnership with line managers, helping them create value and reach their goals.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the management team using a consultative approach to build and continuously improve factory capabilities.
- Secure an effective organisational setup in partnership with the business.
- Formulate impactful people strategies by balancing business needs with the human dimensions of the organisation.
- Support execution of the business strategy by aligning and deploying P&C processes, policies, systems, and programmes.
- Develop motivated teams with effective decision making, ownership, and healthy team dynamics
- Act as a change agent by diagnosing organisational challenges, setting the future people agenda, and creating plans that make change sustainable.
- Ensure the local organisation follows labour law requirements.
- Coordinate with the P&C Service Desk on all necessary local activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources management, law, or a related field.
- Several years of experience as a business partner with a broad HR generalist background.
- Strong knowledge of Polish labour law and employment legislation.
- Solid business insight, with experience presenting to and influencing senior leaders.
- Demonstrate experience in designing and overseeing effective people programmes.
- Ability to work with software tools, including MS Office applications.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English.

- Working as a self motivated initiator who, after onboarding, can operate with minimal supervision.

Additional information
