Vestas Eastern Europe and Central Europe is a Sales Business Unit covering Eastern Europe countries including Romania. We are responsible for the sales, installation and service of wind farms throughout these regions. We work to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas and we aim to make Vestas Central Europe the best place to work.

Responsibilities

• Support the Service Area Supervisor and Team Leads in daily operations and act as Supervisor when required
• Oversee technicians’ work to ensure maintenance, repair quality, and compliance with safety and operational procedures
• Resolve technical issues, diagnose problems, and support major repairs, retrofits, and special maintenance tasks
• Ensure execution of preventive and predictive maintenance activities and promote the use of predictive maintenance tools
• Monitor technician performance, control costs, and analyze workload and planning effectiveness
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Technical Support, P&C, and Safety
• Prepare and deliver briefings on maintenance performance, operational status, and safety topics
• Identify issues, propose corrective actions, and support continuous improvement activities
• Provide guidance, training, and skill development support to employees while maintaining positive working relationships.

Qualifications

• A Technical Degree in Electronics/Mechanical Technology plus 6 years of professional experience in Vestas operations centers
• Recommended to have knowledge of and teaching experience with troubleshooting techniques, including use of schematic drawings and interpretations
