Join our dynamic team of approximately 60 employees at the One Tool Offshore warehouse in Esbjerg. We are a global supplier of construction and service tools, ensuring timely coordination of tool supplies for upcoming site operations.
As a Site Project Tools Coordinator at the One Tool Offshore warehouse, you will play a central part in ensuring handling / delivery of tooling to project sites and act as a focal point within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tool demands are placed in ERP system / SAP and follow up on MRP flow
• Assist in optimizing operational processes
• Apply Lean principles to the supply of offshore tools
• Coordinate and plan tool orders

Qualifications

• Previous experience in project coordination, supply chain, or logistical coordination
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, e.g., SAP
• Knowledge of supply chain operations, background within freight forwarding and warehouse operations are advantageous but not required

Competencies

• Thrive in a deadline-driven environment with the ability to handle multiple tasks
• Willingness to continuously improve and optimize processes
• Structured work approach and enjoyment in interfacing with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to conduct and steer meetings/decisions with clear goals
• Fluent in English and Danish, both written and verbal
