Are you our new Site Administrator for Horns Rev 3? We are looking for an open minded, structured, and proactive team player with strong IT skills and a self-driven mindset to support our operations in performing to perfection.
Region NCE - Global Offshore- Horns Rev 3
As Site Administrator at Horns Rev 3, you will be part of a strong local team while also collaborating closely with other site administrators within the cluster. This close cooperation ensures professional support, knowledge sharing, and the best conditions for performing to perfection.
This role is based on our office facility in the Port of Esbjerg and plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of Horns Rev 3 Offshore Wind Farm, as well as providing support to other sites when needed. Our department consists of Horns Rev 3, Måde, and Thyborøn.
Support to other sites should be expected, including up to 20 days of travel per year for training and operational support. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and have the opportunity to develop a career in a global company in an exciting and future-oriented industry.

Responsibilities
As Site Administrator, you will work closely with our back-office team and report directly to the Site Manager. You will be involved in a wide range of tasks, including:
- Various administrative tasks, general office support and practical tasks, from documentation to picking up deliveries around town
- Handling of purchase requests/purchase orders, follow-up on invoice approvals, balancing and reconciling purchase orders in, goods receipt registration in SAP
- Planning and organization of internal/external meetings and events, participation in meetings, handling of minutes of meetings
- Course administration: bookings, training matrix updates, resource planning etc.
- Take ownership of your tasks an create a system that make sure that we are align with all necessary requirements for trainings, certificates etc.
- Create, maintain, optimize and support for the team with PowerPoint presentations, task trackers, Excel tools, training matrices etc.
- Maintaining and supporting our SharePoint environment
Qualifications
At the professional level, it is desired that you have:
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Fluent skills in both Danish and English.
- Good IT skills, Microsoft, SharePoint etc
- Previous experience working with SAP is an advantage, but not a requirement
- A team player and not afraid of new tasks

Additional information
Location: Your primary workplace will be our Horns Rev 3 office in Esbjerg.
Working hours: Your working hours will be 37 hours per week, but we are open to receiving applications from candidates who would like flexibility with their days for example 32-37 hours per week due to family reasons.
