Region NCE > Service > Horns Rev 3
This role is based on our office facility in the Port of Esbjerg and plays a key role in driving our team on Horns Rev 3 Offshore Wind Farm into a green future. Our department consist of Horns Rev 3, Måde and Thyborøn sites.
Support to other sites must be expected, as well as up to 20 days of travel per year to other site for training and support.

Responsibilities
As Team Leader at Horns Rev 3, you will be part of a local team dedicated to supporting you in delivering excellence. You will be based at our Horns Rev 3 office in Esbjerg and will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, with strong opportunities for professional growth. The position requires effective communication, networking, and relationship‑building skills, enabling you to engage confidently across the organization as well as with external partners and clients.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- A dedicated and highly skilled team with a shared passion
- Motivate and support your team including 1:1 and CPD
- Contribute to the optimization and execution of the service strategy, processes and overall Site performance
- Planning and organization of internal/external meetings and events, participation in meetings
- Support your team with continues improvements and prepare the team for the future set up
Qualifications
At the professional level, it is desired that you have:
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Fluent skills in both Danish and English
- Good IT skills. Worked with SAP preferred
- A team player and not afraid of new tasks
Competencies
This is a dynamic position that requires strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of human behaviour, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset. You should be approachable, able to foster a strong team spirit, and demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
