The Offshore CPX & Service Tools department is responsible for delivering the tools and equipment required to erect and maintain offshore wind turbines globally. As a key enabler of offshore operations, the team ensures that all projects have the necessary tooling to operate efficiently and reliably.
The department covers demand planning, supply chain coordination, technical support, and performance management across the full value chain. Its core mission is to ensure that tools are delivered in the right quantity, quality, and at the right cost, enabling the internal customers to get what they need, when they need it, while maintaining strong cost control for the business. 
Working as a cohesive and cross-functional unit, the team brings together capabilities across supply chain, project planning, and operations to support complex offshore projects and ensure consistent delivery across all platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the project planning phase, creating structured plans for tool demand, timelines, and delivery before execution
• Ensure portfolio overview and long-term planning, including demand visibility and alignment of tool capacity across projects
• Act as the primary interface to stakeholders, driving communication, expectations, and alignment across internal customers
• Lead early project engagement (planning, reviews, and requirements definition) and ensure a smooth transition from planning to execution
• Execute clear handover to Tools Coordinators, enabling effective delivery and follow-up throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience
• Relevant degree within Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or similar, with ability to handle high complexity environments
• Experience in cross-functional and international environments, enabling effective stakeholder collaboration
• Experience in offshore wind, supply chain, or similar technical industries
• Understanding of technical setups and planning systems

Location: Aarhus, Videbæk or Esbjerg ,Denmark.
