Region NCE and Global Offshore > Global Offshore > V236 Thyborøn and Maade Wind Farm
This role is based at our shore facility in the Port of Esbjerg and plays a key part in the daily planning of service, upgrades, and test activities for Horns Rev 3 Offshore Wind Farm. The site consists of 49 V164 turbines, along with 4 V164 Maade turbines located in Esbjerg harbour and 1 V236 turbine in Thyborøn.
As a Dispatcher, you will work closely with our supervisors to support the Service team. You will be positioned at the center of the work order flow, ensuring all preparations are completed for service orders by collaborating with stakeholders in the organization. This is a dynamic role that requires solid organizational skills and attention to detail. In this position you will be a part of a global team of dispatchers as well as a support team who will help you perform the planning to perfection.
Responsibilities
As a dispatcher, you will be responsible for:
- Analysis and preparation of service orders for technicians and technical approval of service orders after completion
- Define resources needed for service orders in collaboration with the Supervisors, e.g. competencies, materials, and tools
- Daily communication with technicians, technical support functions, and customers
- Continuous improvement, including proactive search for areas for improvement, as well as a strategic and long-term approach to planning future tasks
Qualifications
At the professional level, it is desired that you have:
- Experience with technical planning from an dispatcher role or obtained the experience in a technical environment
- Fluent skills in both Danish and English
- Good IT skills, beneficial for the position if it has been with SAP or similar tools
- Cooperates effectively with others and supports shared goals
Competencies
When it comes to personal qualities, we expect you to have:
- General understanding of WTG technology and an interest in diving into technical documentation
- Good communication skills both oral and in writing
- Structured and solution-oriented approach to daily tasks
- Ability to think clearly in a time-sensitive setting, as well as the ability to handle varying workloads and tasks
- Thrives in an environment with many balls in the air and seasonal workloads, where we as a team help each other handle priorities

Additional information
Your primary location will be at our Horns Rev 3 office in Esbjerg, Denmark.
Support to other sites is to be expected, as well as up to 20 days of travel to our site for training and support.
