Vestas Northern & Central Europe is selling, installing, and maintaining wind turbines across the region. With offices in Warrington and Dublin, the Service Department is responsible for the servicing and general maintenance of wind farms in the UK and Ireland.
The Technical & Planning Department is responsible for planning scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in the region. You will have the opportunity to work in an exciting industry with a team of experienced and highly motivated employees. Responsibilities

 

  • Long term planning & workload leveling 
  • Bundling of work to maximize production
  • Resource allocation & booking external resources
  • Detailed scheduling of workload in the 3-week plan, ordering parts & tools, assigning service teams 
  • Generate purchase requisitions and purchase order handling
  • Completion of daily, weekly, monthly reporting

 

Qualifications

 

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • SAP, Salesforce experience 
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite of programs
  • Knowledge of LEAN principles,

Additional information

 

This role is a permanent position located full-time in our office in Dublin. Travel may be required occasionally, to other Vestas locations. Please apply online with your letter of motivation and CV as soon as no later than the 3rd of January 2022.
